2. Orders & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.

  • We accept payments via credit card, PayPal, iDEAL through the Shopift platform.

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock issues, technical errors, or suspicion of fraud.

  • If we cancel your order, any payment made will be refunded in full.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship within the European Union (EU). Delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via PostNL

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (if applicable).

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, incorrect addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns. However, we do provide refunds under certain conditions.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos of the issue.

  • If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • We do not refund shipping costs unless the item was faulty due to our error.
